Major Life Insurance Company requires Accountant to look after the accounting records of several financing and investment companies and manage cash balances.
Leading main consolidation processes.
Ensure transactions of allocated financing and investment holding companies are recorded and preparing quarterly management accounts. Preparing papers for Board.
Ensuring Half Year and Full Year results of central companies are input into Group’s consolidation system, Hyperion. Preparing statutory accounts of companies and liaising with external auditor.
Preparing Plan for central companies.
Monitoring daily cash balances, drafting cash payments and authorising payments
Requires Qualified Accountant with Insurance experience and financial accounting. Strong Analytical Skills.
